Global legal structure of Clyde & Co

  • The business carried on by the partnership known as Clyde & Co in the UK and its locally registered branches in Abu Dhabi, Doha, Dubai and Singapore is carried on through a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales known as Clyde & Co LLP but which continues to practise under the name Clyde & Co. The firm's offices in France will also become branches of Clyde & Co LLP but these offices continue to be locally registered branches of Clyde & Co (a firm) until all local regulatory consents have been obtained. Clients will be notified by the relevant office once the transfer to LLP has taken place.
  • Clyde & Co's Piraeus office, previously a branch of a separate unlimited partnership, has from 1 May 2007 been transferred to a separate LLP limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales known as Clyde & Co (Greece) LLP with a locally registered branch in Piraeus.
  • The business structures for other Clyde & Co offices remain unchanged, as do arrangements with associated firms, although the association is with Clyde & Co LLP rather than with the general partnership of Clyde & Co.

Clyde & Co offices and associated * offices worldwide:

Abu Dhabi, Belgrade*, Caracas, Doha, Dubai, Guildford, Hong Kong, London, Moscow, Nantes, New York, Paris, Piraeus, Rio de Janeiro, San Francisco, Shanghai, Singapore, St Petersburg*.
