Clyde & Co advises Noble on major commodities acquisition

Global law firm Clyde & Co has advised Noble Resources International Pte Ltd on its acquisition of Delivery Network Singapore Pte Ltd ("DNS") for an undisclosed sum.

The deal sees Noble, a member of Noble Group Limited - Asia's largest diversified commodities trading company – purchase Singaporean metals warehousing company DNS.

Partner Nigel Taylor and associate Christine Brennan of Clyde & Co advised Noble.

Nigel said: "We are delighted to have assisted Noble in its latest deal. DNS's primary asset was its warehousing space in the port of Singapore so this is a strategically beneficial acquisition for Noble and further enhances its warehousing capability. This is one of several deals we have recently closed for commodities houses."

Meng Yeng Wong of Alliance LLC advised the shareholders of DNS.
