- Advising several international reinsurers in relation to US$35 million BI claim arising from the failure of an air separation unit leading to an interruption at the adjacent copper smelter
- Advising on the 2007 Adam Air, B737-400 accident in Indonesia
- Acting for shipowners and P&I club in investigating casualty and negotiating departure of the vessel from Indonesia.
