CIS Advocates also provides advice on dispute resolution and other local support to our Russia and Central Asia group based in London. This group specialises in advising clients on transactional matters and complex disputes acting for both local companies that require advice under English law, as well as international companies making investments in the region.  The group has particular expertise in M&A, private equity and commercial transactions and is supported by a full range of sector groups including energy, litigation, transport, infrastructure and insurance.  The team has direct experience of operating in Russia and the CIS and advises a wide range of clients including trading organisations, financial institutions, private equity groups and oil & gas companies.
