Corporate Insurance

We advise insurers, reinsurers and intermediaries on legal and regulatory issues relating to their activity (licensing, freedom of establishment or freedom to provide services; compliance, contracts etc.), in their relations with the French regulator, for the purpose of portfolio transfers and more generally on the distribution of products and domiciliation in France or abroad. In the context of domestic or cross-border corporate operations, we assist our clients in negotiating share purchase agreements and on mergers.

Maritime and transport

We advise and represent shipyards, cargo owners, merchant and leisure shipowners as well as their insurers in any dispute arising from defects, maritime incidents, cargo claims, repairs, disputes with crew members, sea pollution.

We also represent our clients in disputes relating to  land, water and rail transportation.

Finally, we advise actors of the maritime and transportation industry on the drafting of construction, sales and financing agreements.


We advise and represent air carriers and their insurers in any dispute arising from air accidents or incidents, and in the claims arising from the carriage of passengers or goods, ground handling and maintenance. Our expertise covers light, sports, commercial, leisure and business aviation. This expertise includes advising on the financing of aircrafts as well as on the European and international aviation regulations. We advise the actors of the aeronautics sector on the drafting of their purchase, sales, lease, freight and maintenance agreements.

Energy / oil & gas

We represent companies involved in the trading of  petrochemical and oil products, commodities, metal and minerals as well as theirs bankers and their insurers.

Construction, infrastructure and utilities

We advise on the setting up and management of agreements for all types of infrastructure and equipment projects, such as bridges and structures, motorways, harbours, airports and terminals, large-scale real-estate projects, wastewater treatment plants and nuclear and power plants.
