Alex joined Clyde & Co in 2010 and is a senior associate in the Real Estate and Construction group.
She has extensive experience advising in relation to both primary and secondary market PFI/PPP projects, in sectors including health, infrastructure, social care, education, leisure and defence. Alex acts principally for sponsors, SPVs and lenders and has drafted, negotiated and advised on a wide range of project agreements, supply chain documentation, financing agreements and other ancillary documentation.
Alex has previously spent fours years with both Shadbolt Law and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She has also worked on secondment as in-house legal advisor to ExxonMobil and, more recently, as part of the Project and Infrastructure team at Prudential M&G, where she worked on their PFI portfolio.
