He specialises in international contracts, in both trade and transport, including bills of lading, time & voyage, charterparties, sale contracts, logistics, insurance, shipbuilding and asset sale & purchase.
His clients include shipowners, traders, insurers, logistics companies, procurement departments, charterers and brokers.
Alex lectures extensively on many legal and practical aspects of trade and shipping including charterparties, procurement and arbitration.
