Andrew is head of Clyde & Co's corporate insurance group, part of the wider insurance and reinsurance group. His main area of practice is corporate finance in the insurance sector.
Andrew has experience of flotations, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures, start ups, private equity transactions, reorganisations and general corporate advice for the Lloyd's and the insurance companies market.
He also specialises in the introduction and structuring of corporate capital to Lloyd's, and the formation of new Lloyd's managing agents and syndicates.
Andrew has been described as "one of the stars of the non-contentious insurance market" in a recent independent report by Chambers.
He has also been named as a legal expert in the field of "corporate, M&A" in a recent independent report by Legal Business.
