Andrew joined Clyde & Co in February 2010 from Shadbolt LLP and is part of the corporate & commercial group, based out of the Guildford office.
He is a specialist in company sales and purchases and in corporate finance. With over 20 years experience, he has acted on numerous high value transactions including mergers, acquisitions, management buy-outs, sales, joint ventures and group reorganisations. Andrew's client base includes entrepreneurial private companies; AIM quoted and fully listed public companies and private equity houses. He frequently works with overseas lawyers on cross-border transactions.
