Angela joined Clyde & Co in 1989 and became a partner in 1991.
She began her career specialising in shipping litigation. Her work still covers all 'dry' shipping: charterparties, ship sale/purchase, financing, management, shipbuilding, security enforcement and charterers and ship-repairers' liability. Angela acts for shipowners, banks, charterers, insurers and traders.
Over the last 10 years she has head up teams involved in major multi jurisdictional litigation and international arbitration acting for banks and steel traders. She has extensive experience in commercial fraud cases.
