Annabelle has been with Clyde & Co since 2002 and qualified in the London commercial property team in 2004.
She has experience in a broad range of commercial property transactions including sale and purchase of high-value investment buildings, portfolios and shopping centres; acting for landlord and tenant in the management and letting of retail, office and industrial sites; the acquisition and disposal of development sites; property finance work; and the property aspects of PFI projects.
