Ben is a partner in Clyde & Co’s Middle East Corporate Group with a special focus on regional and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and venture capital/private equity investments.
Ben is an English qualified lawyer with over a decade of experience in corporate law, working for a number of multinational corporations, regional heavyweights and household names on a wide variety of corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co’s Dubai office in February 2006 Ben worked for Wragge & Co LLP in the United Kingdom and in 2001 spent time on secondment within the Mergers & Acquisitions team of British Telecommunications plc.
Ben has spoken at a number of conferences on doing business and transactions in the Gulf region and is author of the United Arab Emirates chapter of the ‘Directors’ Duties and Liabilities Handbook 2009’ published by the Practical Law Company in London.
