Ben joined Clyde & Co's Middle East regional office in February 2006 as a senior lawyer in the corporate group following nine years of experience within the corporate teams of two major UK law firms.
He has also spent time on secondment within the mergers & acquisitions team of a London based listed PLC.
Ben specialises in local and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, company formations and general company law and has advised numerous multinational corporations and household names on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions.
