- VLCC "Hebei Spirit" collision and pollution. Investigation into cause of collision with a crane barge under tow, while the VLCC was at anchor. Production of 2D and 3D animations showing all vessel tracks. Providing technical assistance to prominent Korean lawyers and a major P&I Club
- Gas production platform "Nam Con Son". Conducted an investigation on behalf of BP Vietnam into disruption to an upgrading project due to alleged contractual failings by an accommodation barge
- Container vessel "APL Dubai". Assisted with investigation into the circumstances surrounding a collision with "APL Almandine" and involving another vessel putting by. Used 3D modelling techniques to show what would have been visible from each bridge
- Container vessel "S.A. Helderberg". Assisted with investigation into the circumstances of a collision with a tanker off Singapore. Interpreted VTIS and AIS information and used 2D modelling to simulate tracks
- LPG carrier "Kew Bridge". Attended Ratnagiri, India to investigate causes of the vessel's grounding and subsequent extensive damage. Developed a 2D animation to show actual and preferred tracks. Attended dry-dock in the U.A.E. to fully assess damage and develop report
- Tanker "Morning Express". Investigated causes of a collision with a capesize bulk carrier off the port of Yosu, on behalf of a prominent Korean law firm. Developed 2D and 3D motion sequences from VTIS information to clearly show the vessels' movements
- Handysize bulk carrier "Ikan Mexico". Used 2D simulation to show the causes of an allision with a wharf in Apapa
- VLCC "Bright Artemis". Investigated the circumstances surrounding a collision with a distressed vessel in the Bay of Bengal, resulting in loss of life and pollution
- Aframax tanker "Lucky Lady". Investigation into a grounding at Cilicap, Indonesia, resulting in pollution. Safe port issues involved. 2D and 3D animations used to clarify movement and track of vessel
- Panamax bulk carrier "Amarantos". Investigation of the circumstances surrounding an allision with the loading jetty at Wallaroo, South Australia, on behalf of the Australian Wheat Board. Safe port issues investigated
