Chris has always practiced in employment law, and has extensive experience of employment litigation (both high court and employment tribunal), as well as advising on all employment issues and providing employment support in projects and transactions.
Chris also works with clients in relation to partnership disputes; particularly in relation to dealing with any alleged discrimination issues, and dealing with partner departures.
Chris also works extensively in the area of team moves and protecting business interests when individuals move on. This includes defending and enforcing claims regarding breach of contract, fiduciary duties and restrictive covenants.
Clients work with Chris from across a number of different sectors, including the financial services, transportation, professional services and insurance sectors.
