Chris is a litigation partner with extensive commercial, insurance and reinsurance experience.
He acts for major London, European, US and Bermudian insurers and other clients in resolving large, high value non-marine cases, often involving significant coverage issues.
Chris has had extensive involvement in the professional indemnity and financial institution fields, the environmental and health hazard area (breast implants and asbestos), and property cases. He has also advised on London market commercial issues.
His practice mainly involves litigation and arbitration work, often on the "Bermuda form", and usually on document intensive matters. Most of his work involves an international element. Chris has substantial experience of working with non-English lawyers.
