- Advising a power company in connection with an electricity and water privatisation project in the Middle East (US$3 billion) to refurbish an existing power and desalination plant and provide additional capacity
- Advising on a major LNG project offshore Lebanon to import LNG by shuttle tankers, regasify the LNG and distribute natural gas as a fuel to a power station
- Advising Brazilian developers of renewable energy projects on agreements for the forward sale of carbon credits, reviewing CDM emission reductions purchase agreements and regulatory requirements
