Claudine is a corporate lawyer, based in the Dubai office, with extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, advising entities in relation to inward investment into the GCC region and general corporate work.
She has led transactions in countries throughout the world, including in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Turkey and the UK.
Claudine qualified as a solicitor in London, UK in 2002. She moved to Dubai in 2005 and joined Clyde & Co's Dubai office in January 2007.
