Colin has been a partner in Clyde & Co since 1979 after having trained with the firm. He practises mainly in the field of aviation insurance and commercial litigation and arbitration. Colin has wide ranging experience of all areas of transport law.
Colin has considerable experience of advising on a wide range of insurance related issues and of resolving disputes in many foreign jurisdictions as well as in the UK. He has particular experience of the Asia pacific region having spent almost four years in Clyde & Co's Hong Kong office.
Colin is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong as well as in England and Wales.
Clients include underwriters, brokers and airlines.
