Daniel joined Clyde & Co US LLP as an associate in 2006.
His principal areas of practice are insurance coverage, reinsurance, aviation, and litigation.
Daniel was educated at St. John's University School of Law (J.D. 2002), where he was an editor of the law review, and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (B.A. 1998, cum laude).
He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2003 and to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2004.
Daniel is a member of the Federal Bar Council and the New York State Bar Association.
