Infrastructure - including: acting for a consortium in relation to the procurement of sewerage and water infrastructure works; acting for a contractor in relation to claims arising out of the design and construction of sewerage treatment plant; acting for an electricity suppliers in relation to the design and construction of power facilities (including coal-fired and co-generation plants and wind turbine facilities) and electricity transmission lines; acting on a range of road projects including BOOT/PFI road toll projects; acting for the lead consultant in relation to the redevelopment of a harbour-front precinct in New Zealand, including the creation of an underground transport centre for rail and buses, carparking, rail tunnel access, as well as the development of eleven commercial sites above ground.

Residential and Commercial - including: acting in relation to number of business park developments in the UAE and Australia; acting as lead partner and project counsel on a project (from project inception to completion, sale and the resolution of disputes) involving the construction of a new suburb comprising approximately 950 villas and high rise residences; acting for developers and contractors in relation to a number of high-rise luxury residential developments in Sydney, including Horizon, Top of the Town, Republic 2, and Lumina Apartments.

Shopping Centres, Retail and Mixed Use - including: acting for the developer of a $US2 billion mixed use development including retail, residential, commercial and local government uses; acting for developers and contractors in relation to numerous shopping centre and bulky goods developments; acting (for over 15 years) for Australia's largest publicly listed retailer in relation to its full range of construction projects.

Process Plants, Logistics and Data Centres - including: acting for the developers of Data Centres in the UAE and Australia; acting for the owner in relation to the construction of a sugar refinery, acting relation to numerous warehouse (including automated warehouse) facilities for Australia's largest retailer and others; acting for the contractor in relation to a coal pulverising facility; acting for the developer of a tyre recycling plant; acting for contractors and owners in relation to a number of power projects.
