David is a partner of the aviation group. He joined Clyde & Co in July 2005 through the merger with Beaumont and Son.
David graduated from Southampton University with an LLB (Hons) and the College of Law, joining Beaumont and Son in 1978 qualifying as a Solicitor in 1980. He was made a partner in 1986, working in the aviation department.
David opened the firm's office in Rio de Janeiro in 1988 and was the firm's resident partner for two and a half years until returning to London. In 2002 he relocated to the Singapore office since when he has been engaged in a variety of aviation related matters in the region.
David undertakes all aspects of aviation liability work. He has extensive experience of dealing with matters in the UK, France and Francophone countries, South America, India, European and Scandinavian countries, the Asia-Pacific region, and the USA. He speaks French and Portuguese.
