David is a partner in the property group and is based in Clyde & Co's Guildford office.
He acts for a number of well-known high street multiple retailers, smaller niche retailers and overseas retailers. David is recognised as an expert in retail property, further acknowledged for being legal advisor to the Shop Agents Society.
His practice also acts for a major UK property investment fund and for major overseas investors in the UK.
