• Achieved dismissal of $150m satellite litigation for a Dutch solar array manufacturer in Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals following dismissal by California federal court
• Successfully argued before the United States Supreme Court in El Al Israel Airlines v. Tseng, in which the Court held that a multilateral treaty known as the Warsaw convention was the sole and exclusive cause of action for all claims that arise from international air transportation (following trial in the southern district of New York and arguing the intermediate appeal before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals)
• Representing clients in relation to issues of insurance coverage
• Advising on numerous appeals in the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, the New York and California Appellate Courts and the United States Supreme Court
