- Advised major international companies on incorporation of different types of business presence (limited liability companies, joint stock companies, partnerships, branch and representative offices) in Serbia and Balkan region
- Acted for major international investment fund before non-competition commission, in successful M&A transactions
- Acted before National Bank of Serbia (supervisor over insurance sector) representing interests of Aon Holdings B.V. Netherlands and their local operation – Brokerage Company Aon RM Ltd. Incorporated the company and represented client in obtaining license to carry out brokerage services on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Follow up on daily basis the legal activities of clients with interest in insurance sector in Serbia
- Advised clients on whole set of financial laws regulating securities market, take over bid and investment funds. Advised investment funds as to the local legal environment, incorporated different forms of their presence in Balkan region
- Monitoring of implementation of 300 sale-purchase agreements concluded between the privatization agency of Serbia and respective buyers
- Advised a number of large international companies on employment issues and application of the employment law
- Provided legal advisory services to international companies (Vinci, Aon, SITA, Tertio Telecom) on public procurement procedures in Balkan region resolved number of public procurement disputed. Participated in procedures before public procurement commission
- Engaged by Nomura International plc, Deloitte and Economic Institute in two different projects providing legal advisory services in process of privatization through restructuring of 6 large companies
- Advised the government of the Republic of Montenegro as to the possible legal obstacles in the project of selection, acquisition and construction of particular land site on which the sanitary landfill is to be developed
- Acted as a legal advisor to corporate restructuring centre of the privatization agency of the Republic of Serbia in restructuring process of 14 large companies
