Dmitry is a senior lawyer in our Moscow office. He has experience as an in-house lawyer working for the major Russian investment and commercial banks, oil and telecommunication companies with expertise in finance, insurance, contract and corporate matters.
Dmitry has experience in structuring major financial and fund rising projects (syndicated loans, bonds, derivatives, securitization projects, etc.) and in providing legal advice in contract and insurance matters for the major Russian telecommunication company over a number of years.
