Dominic was appointed managing partner of the firm’s Hong Kong and China practice in October 2006. He is a senior member of the commercial litigation group and has worked in the Hong Kong office of Clyde & Co since August 1992.
He advises on general contractual disputes, intellectual property matters, international trade, transportation, insurance, debt recovery, debt restructuring and insolvency.
Dominic is a Member of the International Trademark Association and Hong Kong Insurers Club.
