Duncan is a U.S. lawyer licensed in the states of Texas and Colarado, specialising in the oil, gas and mining sectors in emerging markets with emphasis on the former Soviet Union, Latin America, Europe, China and South East Asia. He also has a working knowledge of the Russian language.
