Edwin joined Clyde & Co in April 2006 and is a senior solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team in the Dubai office.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Edwin spent over six years in the Communications, Technology and Media team at New Zealand’s leading law firm.
His main areas of practice are technology licensing, procurement, integration, implementation and support; outsourcing and services; intellectual property commercialisation and transfer; technology and intellectual property due diligence; media, advertising and marketing; and general commercial.
Edwin has worked for clients in several different business and industry sectors including the telecommunications, software, technology, business and finance, media, hospitality, healthcare, aviation, and luxury automotive sectors.
As Edwin has two Honours degrees in Law and Commerce (Management Science and Information Systems) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, he understands the technical and legal issues involved in a client’s project, and is comfortable talking to clients about complex technology matters.
