- Acting for reinsurers in one of the largest industrial losses in the London market (Operational Risks Policy)(including advising on coverage and subrogation)
- Advising and representing Lloyd's syndicates in relation to third party claims (NY and English litigation proceedings) concerning the robbery of cash in transit in various Latin American countries
- Advising and representing French reinsurers in defence of product liability claims relative to defect of helicopter turbine engine blade
- Advising reinsurers under All Risks Policy in respect of BI losses arising as a result from explosion in a Power Plant in Mexico
- Advising London insurers in respect of D&O liabilities and insurance in Brazil
- Advising various London insurers and reinsurers as to procedure for entries in Latin America
- Advising London brokers in respect of JVs with Brazilian brokerage companies
- Advising Lloyd's syndicates in respect of various losses in Latin America under Freight Forward Policies
- Advising and representing commodity trading companies in international arbitration (ICC, UNCITRAL and AAA), mediation and commercial litigation before the English Courts
- Advising and defending Owners, Charterers, cargo interests and shippers in connection with various marine casualties around the world. Defence of third party claims, such as cargo claims (including oil shortage and contamination claims), pollution claims, general average, salvage, collision, transhipment
- Advising major trading companies in various jurisdictions on general trade matters (drafting of LoIs and Sale & Purchase contracts, transportation/charterparties, transhipment, negotiation of LCs, etc)
