Until 2007, Emmanuelle has been working since 1989 for a major French law firm where she was in charge of the Tourism and Aviation Department. She and her team joined Clyde & Co to start a new tourism department integrated to the Aviation Group.
Over the years, Emmanuelle has developed a strong and recognised practice in the field of tourism, assisting her clients in both contentious (contract claims, personal injuries, judicial survey proceedings, etc.) and non-contentious matters (drafting of contracts, regulatory issues, conferences and seminars, etc.).
She publishes articles and papers in all specialised reviews, websites and journals in the field of tourism (Vacances Pratiques, Quotidien du Tourisme, www.linternaute.com, Gazette du Palais, Tourisme & Droit, etc.).
Emmanuelle is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
