Fouad El Haddad is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department in our Doha Office. Fouad specialises in commercial work relating to corporate restructuring and foreign investments and has advised on many acquisitions, joint ventures, investment funds and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co in 2007 he worked over 5 years as an in-house General Counsel for a Group of companies operating across the MENA region.
Fouad worked for 5 years at a well-known Lebanese law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law before accepting the in-house role.
Besides his native Arabic, he is also fluent in English and French.
Fouad has over 10 years of experience working in most Middle East jurisdictions in the areas of Corporate/ Commercial and Mergers & Acquisitions. This work has involved him in most sectors of commercial activity.
