Franck Le Calvez
Franck Le Calvez joined Clyde & Co Paris in 1999 after obtaining an undergraduate degree in French and Irish laws with Galway University in Ireland and a postgraduate degree in Public law in Edinburgh.
Franck acts for French and foreign insurers, shipping operators, professional salvors, freight forwarders, cargo owners and major manufacturers in particular in the foodstuff sector.
He has extensive experience of litigation and court-surveys before civil, administrative and commercial jurisdictions in France and of arbitration notably in the ICC and the Chambre Arbitrale Maritime of Paris.
