Gareth specialises in aviation law and claims and represents insurers and their insureds worldwide. His expertise includes airlines, disaster claims, airport operation and ground handling issues, maintenance organisations, general aviation (fixed and rotor wing as well as hot air balloons), contractual disputes, subrogation, security issues and policy coverage. Gareth has experience of many jurisdictions including those within Europe, Asia, Russia and the Middle East and also litigation in the US. Gareth’s practice focuses on general aviation within the United Kingdom, Central and Latin America as well as Africa. Gareth has been a partner at Clyde & Co since 2004 and was recommended in the 2012 Chambers and Partners directory for his work in aviation insurance and litigation.
