  • Acting for Insurers of the English maintenance organisation who maintained the Helios Airways Boeing 737 that crashed in Greece on August 14 2005
  • Acts for Underwriters and their Insureds, defending claims arising from incidents worldwide including claims in Africa, South America, the Middle-East, the Far-East and Europe
  • Acted for Insurers of the aircraft manufacturers in the U.K. Commercial court litigation following the Virgin Atlantic crash landing at Heathrow in November 1997
  • Acted for Insurers of one of the world's leading aircraft manufacturers in a multi-million dollar patent dispute 2001-2003

  • Acted for Insurers in a subrogated claim against the Hampshire Fire Brigade, Capital & Counties Plc v Hampshire County Council -Court of Appeal 1997. This was the first time a claim of negligence against a fire brigade in the UK had been successful and is the leading authority on the liability of fire brigades and public authorities
