Graeme joined Clyde & Co as a partner in January 2006. Prior to this he spent 18 years at another London law firm working on major international insurance disputes.
His main areas of practice are marine and war risks, energy, liability, construction all risks, political risks, goods in transit and fraud investigation.
Graeme is particularly known for his expertise in liability insurance; he has acted as an advisor to the Law Society's Assigned Risks Pool since its formation in September 2000.
