Greg Purnell is a senior associate in the London office of the Clyde & Co real estate group.
Greg joined Clyde & Co in 2005 having previously been at Berwin Leighton Paisner working for the largest retailer in the country. He has 15 years of experience in all areas of commercial property work mainly in the development sector for developers, occupiers and funders, as well as acting for mainstream property investors and occupiers.
His clients include Terrace Hill Group plc, a listed property developer, Surrey Police Authority, Cathedral Group plc and G4S Securicor. Historically Greg has acted for parties as diverse as the Crown Estate and Tesco Group.
