• Acting for Terrace Hill in the acquisition of a development site on the south coast including an agreement with the local planning authority to acquire land and clear adverse rights through statutory powers
• Acting for Cathedral Group on the acquisition of mixed commercial and residential development sites in south east London and negotiating Section 106 planning agreements with the local authority
• Advising Surrey Police Authority on a joint development with Runnymede Borough Council to re-house both bodies in state of the art sustainable accommodation
• Purchasing investment properties for off shore buyers to a value of £120 million and £143 million
• Advising on the development, funding and construction of a super-warehouse including the subsequent letting to an associate company of John Lewis plc at a rent of over £1.5 million yearly
• Advising G4S Securicor on a land swap transaction to a value of £30 million including providing construction advice
• Negotiating highway and planning agreements with the relevant local authority and a development agreement with English Partnerships to develop land adjoining the Riverside Stadium in Middlesbrough
