Hani's practice focuses on commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and aviation.
Hani is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of the Hastings Moot Court Team, and served as an Editor and Senior Symposium Editor for the Hastings Law Journal. During law school, Hani externed for the Honourable Justice Ming W. Chin of the California Supreme Court. He is also a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Economics, coupled with minors in Political Science and Accounting.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Hani was a Senior Associate at an international financial consulting firm. He is fluent in Persian.
