Hannah Doherty MCSI is a Legal Director in the corporate department in London.
Hannah has extensive experience in corporate, capital markets and compliance matters. In 2010 Hannah was awarded the 2010 Euroclear Prize, given for the most outstanding result in the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment's Diploma in Investment Compliance. Hannah is one of the Firm's specialists on anti-corruption laws, helping companies to identify their key areas of risk from a corruption perspective and drafting appropriate anti-corruption policies and procedures, as well as speaking at events such as the Foreign & Commonwealth Office's recent seminar on managing the risks of doing business in China.
