Helen Rowlands is a Legal Director in the Dispute Resolution Group. She joined Clyde & Co in 2002 as a trainee and qualified as a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Group in October 2004.
Helen's main area of practice is dispute resolution including litigation and mediation of complex commercial cases. She advises on all aspects of the resolution of commercial disputes and has experience of litigation in the High Court (Chancery Division, Queen’s Bench Division, Commercial Court and Technology and Construction Court), and the Court of Appeal. Helen also advises on alternative dispute resolution including mediation. She has written articles on legal issues published in New Law Journal and Solicitors Journal.
