Ik Wei is the resident partner and chief representative of Clyde & Co's Shanghai office.

His main areas of practice are in transportation, international trade, insurance and energy with a particular focus on disputes and investments connected with China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He also advises international clients on general corporate issues and doing business in China.

Ik Wei is admitted to practise in Hong Kong, England and Wales and Singapore. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Chinese dialects (Hokkien and Cantonese) and Bahasa Malaysia.
