James joined Clyde & Co in 1989 and became a partner in 1998.
His work primarily involves insurance and reinsurance litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
During 1993 James was seconded to work at two Lloyd's syndicates where he gained in-house experience of insurance and reinsurance business.
