• Multi-billion dollar LNG Project in Yemen, advising the state oil company as operator, and the Republic as a major shareholder, on all aspects of this project from gas field development to finance
• Cross-border acquisition of telecoms assets in Russia, on behalf of a Swiss client
• Advice on the restructuring of ownership interests in an oil and gas field in Kazakhstan valued at US$900m+
• Farm in agreement for oil and gas fields in Pakistan, on owner side, valued in the range of several hundreds of millions
• Due diligence for acquisition of oil field interests in Russia for UK client
• LNG Project, for North African natural gas supply to be delivered to a single-point mooring system via shuttle tankers equipped with regasification units for delivery to a Middle Eastern country

• Creation of a joint venture for one of the world's largest gold deposits, located in Central Asia, valued at $1.5billion plus
