Jason joined Clyde & Co in November 2006. He is a senior member of the firm's Hong Kong and China corporate commercial group.
Jason specialises in commercial practice and has been involved in a wide range of commercial and China related transactions including company acquisitions and disposals, regional joint ventures, distributorship and agency arrangements, private equity investments and corporate restructurings and reorganisations.
He has particular experience in assisting clients to establish manufacturing operations and retail and distribution networks both in China and elsewhere in Asia.
