Jerome joined Clyde & Co’s construction and engineering team in early 2009. Prior to that he was based in England for eight years. Jerome joined Clyde & Co from a leading construction practice in London and is qualified before the Supreme Court of England & Wales and before the Eastern Caribbean States Supreme Court. He holds a Masters Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration.
Jerome advises on the drafting of standard form and bespoke construction contracts and consultancy agreements, contractual and professional negligence claims and alternative forms of dispute resolution.
He has represented clients before national courts, arbitration tribunals and in mediations.
He has advised clients on ICC, LCIA, DIAC, DIFC and bespoke arbitration procedures and on strategies for ensuring the recognition and enforcement of awards in national and crossborder disputes.
