• Enforcing the rights of an Italian toy company against mainland companies producing and selling unauthorised copy products
• Carrying out investigations and taking action to revoke a trademark owned by a Hong Kong listed company
• Advising a Spanish toy company as to their rights as a licensee against the owner of moulds used to manufacture their toys and the factory owner seeking to impose a rental fee for storing the moulds
• Representing a Hong Kong company in respect of a dispute relating to copyright ownership of watches sold to Italian companies
• Representing a supplier of capacitors who had been sold counterfeit goods and taking enforcement action through the High Court
• Defending an action for breach of copyright/manufacturer's licensing agreement in respect of the replication of 6 million DVDs/VCDs
• Advising clients in respect of the registration in bad faith of over 100 trademarks in Hong Kong of well known brands in China
• Successfully defending opposition proceedings brought by the owner of the Miffy Rabbit trademark
• Successfully prosecuting trademark cancellation actions on behalf of a tobacco manufacturer
