John has been a partner in Clyde & Co's insurance and reinsurance department since 1999.
His main areas of practice are insurance/reinsurance dispute resolution – arbitration, litigation and mediation – in both the UK and the US and policy drafting and advice work.
John has particular experience of business interruption/loss of profits issues, often in the energy field.
