John specialises in EU and competition law. In the competition law field he advises on all matters involving mergers and acquisitions, restrictive agreements (cartels, co-operation, technology transfer, JV's, vertical agreements, including vehicle distribution ) and abuse of a dominant position.
John also advises on EU regulatory matters including food law, public procurement and commercial agency. He has regular dealings with the European Commission, Office of Fair Trading and the European Court of Justice.
He works for clients in sectors including commodities, food, energy, insurance, transport, pharmaceuticals, construction, technology and telecommunications.
