John has been at Clyde & Co since 2004 having joined from another leading law firm. He specialises in commercial real estate transactions.
He has experience in all aspects of commercial property work including regeneration work, purchase, sale and management of investment properties for both UK and overseas investors, advice on landlord and tenant matters and letting of offices, shops and industrial units.
John has particular expertise in the acquisition of land for development and has acted on projects for property companies such as Grainger Trust, CDP Developments Limited, Kandahar, London & Oriental, and Molyneux Investments.
